Job Responsibilities
The MINT Customer Relationship Officer is responsible for marketing and selling the bank’s products and services to youth (16 – 29 years old) through direct and cross selling techniques while maintaining a high quality service. In addition to developing relationships with customers and ensuring that their profiles are up to date.

4- MINT Consumer Insights Associate
Job Responsibilities
Generating reports that reflect MINT performance from both; consumer and Line of business stand point. Responsible for creating feasible and effective action plans to ensure success of Line of business and high customer satisfaction level. The Banking Associate is also in charge of communicating results and progress to relevant stakeholders (mainly sales/ branches and Youth Banking department). This person is the key person for any research study needed for the department (external and internal).
Job Requirements
- Minimum education : Bachelor degree in finance, business administration or economics
- Desired education : Bachelor degree in finance, business administration or economics
- Languages : Fluent in English and Arabic (Writing and speaking)
- Ideal experience : 3-5 years of experience in Data analysis / Quantitative Research/ MIS/ Retail Banking
