Job Description

  • Customer service representative at the Bank in Shorouk City.
  • Solve customer problems through calls.
  • Managing large amounts of inbound and outbound calls in a timely manner
  • Following call center “scripts” when handling different topics
  • Identifying customers’ needs, clarify information, research every issue and providing solutions

Job Requirements

  • Experience in call center is a must
  • Excellent and Very good English speaker
  • Future City , Madinaty, Shorouk,10th Of Ramadan , Salam , Obour , Badr City, Rehab and New Cairo residents only Can apply
  • Must be graduated
  • Males Only
  • Maximum age is 29
  • Presentable
  • Basic banking knowledge
  • Military certificate is a must
  • Call center experience is a must

Job Details

  • Salary: 4,000 to 4,500 EGP per month, KPIs Up To 1000 Bonus
  • Experience Needed: More than 1 year
  • Job Type: Full Time
