Duties and Responsibilities
- Conduct briefing calls with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirement related to each vacancy.
- Headhunting using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- Screen candidates over the phone for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
- Arrange with hiring managers regarding the technical interviews and suitable slots.
- Update the recruitment tracker daily with new applicants and shortlisted candidates.
- 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
- Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
- Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
- Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
- Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
- Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
