Internship Description

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Conduct briefing calls with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and job requirement related to each vacancy.
  • Headhunting using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Screen candidates over the phone for availability, interest level, salary range, relocation needs, and basic qualifications.
  • Arrange with hiring managers regarding the technical interviews and suitable slots.
  • Update the recruitment tracker daily with new applicants and shortlisted candidates.

Internship Requirements

  • 0-2 years of experience in talent acquisition or similar roles.
  • Familiarity with social media, C.V. databases, and professional networks.
  • Experience with full-cycle recruiting, using various interview techniques and evaluation methods
  • Knowledge of Applicant Tracking Systems.
  • Experience in using LinkedIn Talent Solutions to proactively source candidates.
  • Proficiency in documenting processes and keeping up with industry trends.
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
