Internship Description

The role of the Field Marketing intern is to observe and monitor the new field marketing operation model, to ensure that the scope and newly developed job descriptions are being implemented. While tracking the performance and creating a live instant feedback and action plan accordingly to fully utilize the structure changes.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Monitor the roles and responsibilities of the FMR's, and ensure they adapt and follow the set plans.
• Measure the work load of the FMR's from back office and field work perspectives to measure and assess the span or control under the new structure.
• Fully involved in the communication between field force teams/stakeholders to assess communication gaps.
