Job Requirement

  • Graduate with a minimum qualification of high school degree
  • Military status must be identified
  • Must be excellent in English in written and verbal communication
  • Must be 18 years of age or older
  • Only Gap Year students (candidates who are skipping at least 1 semester) can apply
  • Must be flexible in rotational shifts, including night shifts
  • Minimum 6+ months of Contact Center/ BPO experience in English Voice Support is a plus
