Duties and Responsibilities

  • Perform regular audit for the website content to ensure that information availed at all customer touch-points is up-to-date
  • Follow monitoring standards for all customer service activities and implementation of quality standards
  • Perform regular testing for IVRs and accessibility testing for short number including Informative IVR

Internship Requirements

  • University undergraduate
  • Fluent English both spoken and written.
  • Detailed and process oriented.
  • Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles.
