Duties and Responsibilities
- Perform regular audit for the website content to ensure that information availed at all customer touch-points is up-to-date
- Follow monitoring standards for all customer service activities and implementation of quality standards
- Perform regular testing for IVRs and accessibility testing for short number including Informative IVR
- University undergraduate
- Fluent English both spoken and written.
- Detailed and process oriented.
- Flexibility in dealing with people with diverse working styles.
