Internship Description
We are looking for a fresh graduate who is enthusiastic and has the passion to start his/ her career in Talent Management (HR trainee).
- Ensure efficient on-boarding of new hires.
- Assist in the off-boarding of employees.
- Support in performance management and talent development initiatives.
- Support in compensation & benefits matters
- Take on administration tasks within the broad HR scope
Internship Requirements
- Bachelor's degree holder in Business from a reputable university (Class 2021, 2022, 2023) can only apply.
- Fluent in both written and spoken English.
- Good user of MS programs
- Excellent Communication & Presentation skills.
