Internship Description

We are passionate about growing the local digital economy and creating career paths for individuals from underrepresented backgrounds. CAKE is a three-month onboarding program, developed to support the recruitment of junior developers with little prior e-commerce experience.
The CAKE program at noon helps prepare new employees by introducing them to our culture and giving them opportunities to learn and get help in their chosen fields through work experience.
The CAKE program is a carefully designed initiative created by noon tech. Its goal is to recruit and develop talented graduates from the region to become experts in the e-commerce industry in the GCC, train them to join the highly skilled technology team, and ultimately prepare them for success. In a fast-paced environment, CAKE groups learn how to think like a startup, solve challenges creatively, and create an innovative culture.
