Job Responsibilities
- Post all incoming invoices for third party suppliers and down payments
- Validate and calculate tax
- Analyze payment on time for vendors, coordinate, and communicate solutions
- Implement different invoice verification controls to ensure quality
- Communicate with stakeholders and all concerned parties in a customer-oriented manner
- Focus on standardization of the process & tools
Job Requirements
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or Finance
- 0-2 years of relevant AP experience
- Fluency in English is a must
- Proficient user of Microsoft Office applications
- SAP experience is a plus
