This role is responsible for mass hiring activities for UK account in Cairo.
Ensure that the quality of hires is meeting the business requirements.
Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
- Responsible for the hiring process end to end
- Responsible for screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
- Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
- Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
- Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
- Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
- Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
- Promote company’s reputation and brand
- Accountable for ensuring the delivery of permanent resourcing requirements for UK account
- Build strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders, the HRBP teams and the outsource providers to facilitate the delivery of resourcing requirements.
- Creates reports on applicants’ flow, selection and Sources
- Monitor both the quality and potential of all hires and ensure that the attraction, selection and assessment stages of the recruitment process support
- Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.

- Resourcing delivery meets business requirements in line with forecast & key projects
- Talent pipeline initiated and ongoing aligned to the hiring plan
- Improved perception and understanding of the selection process.
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
- +9 months of HR experience, recruitment experience is a plus
- Good analytical skills
- Full cycle recruitment experience, delivering effective recruitment campaigns and solutions to meet business needs within agreed timescales
- Strong operational focus, combined with commercial and business acumen
- Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike
- Have the ability to analyze and evaluate the market trends, needs through screening the media and ads for other companies and provide sourcing solutions
