This role is responsible for mass hiring activities for UK account in Cairo.
Ensure that the quality of hires is meeting the business requirements.

Job Responsibilities

Key Accountabilities And Decision Ownership
  • Responsible for the hiring process end to end
  • Responsible for screening, interviewing and assessing candidates
  • Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media etc.
  • Conduct interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
  • Assess applicants’ relevant knowledge, skills, soft skills, experience and aptitudes
  • Provide analytical and well documented recruiting reports
  • Act as a point of contact and build influential candidate relationships during the selection process
  • Promote company’s reputation and brand
  • Accountable for ensuring the delivery of permanent resourcing requirements for UK account
  • Build strong and effective relationships with key business stakeholders, the HRBP teams and the outsource providers to facilitate the delivery of resourcing requirements.
  • Creates reports on applicants’ flow, selection and Sources
  • Monitor both the quality and potential of all hires and ensure that the attraction, selection and assessment stages of the recruitment process support
  • Ensure that the end to end recruitment process supports a positive candidate experience at all times.

Core Competencies, Knowledge And Experience
  • Resourcing delivery meets business requirements in line with forecast & key projects
  • Talent pipeline initiated and ongoing aligned to the hiring plan
  • Improved perception and understanding of the selection process.
Must Have Technical / Professional Qualifications
  • +9 months of HR experience, recruitment experience is a plus
  • Good analytical skills
  • Full cycle recruitment experience, delivering effective recruitment campaigns and solutions to meet business needs within agreed timescales
  • Strong operational focus, combined with commercial and business acumen
  • Passionate about implementing creative recruitment strategies that benefit the business and candidate alike
  • Have the ability to analyze and evaluate the market trends, needs through screening the media and ads for other companies and provide sourcing solutions
