Internship Description
The Graduate Development Program " Beam" is tailored for Fresh Graduates up to 2 years of experience. The program offers various trainings, mentorships, coaching & job rotations. Program Duration starts from 3 months up to 6 based on relevant work experience. 2020,2021,2022 Graduates are welcomed to apply.
Duties and Responsibilities
- Receiving employment requests from the different departments
- Define related package according to position requested
- Sourcing suitable candidates through internal and external channels
- Conducting the HR interview using the Forms approved
- Creating a shortlist for the candidates that passed the HR interview
- Coordinating with the requesting department for technical interview
- Following up on the new employees performance during the probation period
- Attending employment fairs for employer branding
- Follow up with each Hiring Manager the request Process.
- Follow up on the correct execution of the approval cycle.
- Follow up on the “modification” requests which might occur and be the focal point between the TA and the OD; for example: Adding a new position to the structure/ Adding a JD
- Entering the required data in Taleo
- Sourcing potential profiles for any required position
- Scheduling interviews
Internship Requirements
- Education: Bachelor degree in Human Resources OR Business Administration
- Years of Experience: 0-2 years
- 2019,2020,2021 Graduates are welcomed to apply
- Fluent in English is a must
- Very good to Excellent Command of Microsoft Programs
- Interested & willing to work in 10th of Ramadan
