Mercedes-Benz Egypt Internship | IT Operations Intern

Duties and Responsibilities

Supporting the IT operations and infrastructure activities.
Supporting service desk and ticketing system operations.
Supporting procurement operations –(invoicing, receiving ,payment…etc.)
handling contracts with IT vendors.
supporting the end user (PC, Telephony, Printing…etc.)

Internship Requirements

Education: Bachelor Degree in IT field or a similar degree in the same area of responsibility
Experience: 0-1 year of experience

Individual Competence

Good command in English (Read, Write , conversation).
Basic knowledge in IT infrastructure (Servers, networks…etc.)
Good communication level.
