- Reply to customer calls within the established time
- Follow the relevant script
- Understand the customer’s requirements by asking a number of relevant questions

- Refer the customer to the appropriate person as required
Job Requirements
- University graduate is a must
- 0-1 year experience
- Good command of English
- Excellent communication skills
