- Data collation and analysis for relevant initiatives
- Identify new agencies for various initiatives
- Shortlisting and supporting procurement in registering agencies
- Cross functional coordination for various initiatives
- Generate ideas for Marketing strategies
- Gathering Market Intelligence from research agencies and in-country team
- Coordination between Marketing agencies and Canon Partners to support Sales team
- Gathering in-country information/updates for presentations
- Content creation for virtual events/meetings/conferences
- Regular in-country updates on all relevant initiatives
- Facilitating coordination between Dubai and in-country team
- Results Reporting
- Meeting Planning
- Task monitoring and project stage monitoring
