Job Description

Banque Misr was established in 1920 by pioneer economist and financial expert, Mohamed Talaat Harb Pasha, who created the concept of investing in national saving and directing them towards economic and social development marking the Bank as the first wholly owned Egyptian bank.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • Sourcing & screening applicants, conducting interviews, administering tests, checking references and background, and evaluating applicant qualifications.
  • Conduct interviews for the requested vacancies.
  • Monitoring the internal and external job posting program.
  • Establish contacts with educational institutions and recruitment agencies.
  • Participate in recruitment activities such as employment fairs.

Job Requirements

  • Fresh - 4 years of experience in HR
  • University Graduate with grade Good (minimum)
  • Cairo resident
  • Have never been tested by Banque Misr
  • No Relatives till 3rd degree
  • Fluent in English and Arabic (spoken and written)
  • Good follow-up skills: the ability to understand; adaptability to process changes; and a strong sense of importance and ownership.
  • Strong analytical, high attention to detail, and creative problem-solving skills.
