Duties and Responsibilities
- Executing learning & development and organization development activities
- Understanding the employee sentiments and desire for engagement activities to come up with the relevant interventions
- Initiating and executing the various engagement and employer branding activities
- Supporting in the execution of performance management cycles
Internship Requirements
- Fresh graduate
- A huge interest in the Human Resources field
- Bachelor's degree in Business administration with focus in HR or any related discipline
- Excellent command of English language
