As part of our Corporate Social Responsibility and as advocates of fostering emerging talent, we are committed to providing a platform for aspiring professionals to cultivate their skills and expertise. Our program offers a structured and immersive experience designed to empower participants with real-world insights and industry knowledge.

Internship Requirements
- Students from the faculties of Business Administration and Commerce, majoring in Accounting, Finance, and Economics, enrolled in the intermediate academic years (second or third) of the college.
- Students from the faculties of engineering in the departments of Mechanical, Electrical, Mechatronics, Metallurgy, and Chemistry, as well as Biomedical Engineering, and Embedded Systems Development, enrolled in the intermediate academic years (first, second, or third) of the college.
- Students from the Faculty of Computers and Information enrolled in the intermediate academic years (second or third) of the college.
- Priority is given to students with higher grades.
- Students who have not had the opportunity to participate in the previous summer training program with Ezz Steel .
