Internship Description
The General Petroleum Company (GPC) is keen to provide training to our dear students enrolled in the faculties of engineering and science, specializing in petroleum, geology, and chemistry.The goal of such training is to combine academic studies with working life within the context of GPC activities and their related regulations.
Hence, GPC has decided to receive applications for joining the summer training from only the students of the above-mentioned faculties, who are enrolled in the junior year (before the final).
Application will be available starting from April 28 throughout May 12, 2024.
The following information is necessary to be learned
- The training will be only for one week for each student during the months of July, August and September, whether at GPC head office or the Eastern Desert Fields in the city of Ras Gharib, so that the largest number of students can benefit.
- In pursuance of strict security directives, female students are not allowed to be trained at GPC Fields except for those residing in Ras Gharib as proven by their IDs.
- Training will be free, with the students incurring no expenses.
- Applying for training does not mean that GPC is committed to provide such training according to the criteria applied in this regard.
- Accepted students will be notified via emails being the only way of reaching students.
A student’s training application will be canceled if he/she
1. Tampers with the registration data.2. Fails to attend the training without prior notice after being notified beforehand.
3. Acts in a way opposite to the instructions of the training supervisor.
