1. Palm Hills Summer Internship - Accounting
The internship will provide the students with a real-life experience of how Palm Hills Developments operates in the Finance department and will get exposed to its core functions (Budgeting, treasury, accounts receivables, accounts payables and costing)
Requirements
- Accounting Major.
- Fluency in using English and Arabic language in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
- Technical Skills: Microsoft office
2. Palm Hills Summer Internship - Marketing
In your internship, you’ll support the Market Intelligence function within the company in providing detailed competitive insights competitive on key market players and hence contribute in progressively availing strategic advice and guidance to the Management Team on competition dynamics, USP’s and offerings and hence support business with an informed decision-making process. Your internship will involve conducting market research, mystery calls and visits and support the MI Director in consumer research whilst analyzing and reporting outcomes to the MI team.
Requirements
- Background in marketing/IMC.
- Proficient with Microsoft office operations.
- Excellent English.
3. Palm Hills Summer Internship - Client Relations
You’ll get a chance to learn about PHD’s customer journey once they’re handed over their units all along their belonging to PHD’s community. Client Relations handle end to end client requests, inquiries and complaints all whilst liaising with internal stakeholders to ensure matters are resolved according to the company’s policies and service level agreements.
Requirements
- Studying a business-related major; 3rd or 4th year,
- Strong communication skills, Good organizational skills, and excellent English language
- Basic knowledge of word, excel, and outlook
4. Palm Hills Summer Internship - Civil /Construction
The internship will provide the students majoring civil /construction management with a real-life experience of how Palm Hills Developments operates in the Controls and Development departments. They will get exposed to its core functions (Planning, cost control and site supervision) and a chance to work on a project by the end of the internship period.
Requirements
- Civil or Construction management Major.
- Fluency in using English and Arabic language in verbal and written communication.
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
- Technical Skills: Ms. office, Primavera and Revit is a plus.
5. Palm Hills Summer Internship - Architecture
The internship will provide the students with a real-life experience of how Palm Hills Developments operates in the architecture department and will get exposed to its core functions (conceptual design, landscape and site supervision) and a chance to work on a project by the end of the internship period.

- Architecture Engineering Major.
- Fluency in using English language in verbal and written communication
- Ability to effectively learn and acquire new knowledge and skills. Ability to share knowledge and work in a strong team oriented environment.
